Councilmember Reimann introduced the following resolution and moved for <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~83-92 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING PRICE QUOTES AND AWARDING BID FOR A PORTABLE WELDER FOR <br />THE RAMSEY STREET DEPARTMENT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to call for price quotes for a portable welder <br />for the Ramsey Street Department, the following price quotes were received: <br /> <br />Bidder <br /> <br />Amount of Bid <br /> <br />Northern Oxygen Service <br /> <br />$1,615.00 <br /> <br />Dytron Alloys Corporation $1,348.00 <br /> <br />Teledyne Wisconsin Total <br /> Power <br /> <br />$1,377.00 <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, it appears that Dytr©n Alloys Corporation bid <br />in the amount of $1,348.00 had the best price quote. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY~ <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the City Council accepted the price quote from Dytron <br />Alloys Corporation in the amount of $1,348.00. <br /> <br /> 2) That the City Administrator/Clerk is hereby authorized and <br />directed to inform all who submitted price quotes of their action. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember Sorteberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Schlueter <br />and Reimann <br /> <br />and the following members voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey <br />City Council this the 31st day of May, 1983. <br /> <br /> ATTEST: . <br /> <br />/'Ci~ Admi'nistrator/Clerk <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
