Councilmember Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 484-107 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS (RIVER'S <br />BEND) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting the improvement of public utility, street <br />and grading improvements to the plat of River's Bend including but not limited to the <br />following: <br /> <br />1) Municipal Water <br /> Municipal Sewer <br />3) Storm Drainage <br />4) Street Paving <br />5) General Grading and Restoration <br /> <br />was presented to the Ramsey City Council on the 2.8~h day of February, 1984; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution adopted June 1Z, 1984, a report has been prepared <br />by Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. with reference to the <br />improvement, and this report was received by the Ramsey City Council on June lY,, 1984. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) The Ramsey City Council finds and determines that said petition was signed <br />by all owners of real property contained in the plat of River's Bend. <br /> <br /> Z) Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., is hereby designated <br />as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the <br />making of such improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Sorteberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Schlueter and Reimann <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 1Zth day of June, 1984. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
