Councilmember Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and r~oved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #84-142 RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND TRUNK AND SUBTRUNK SANITARY SEWERS PREPARATION OF PLANS FOR WHEREAS, certain petitions requesting the improvement of public utiities, to the Flintwood Hills 2nd Addition and the property proposed as the Ramsey Center and River's Bend including but not limited to the following: 1) Municipal Water 2) Municipal Sewer 3) Storm Drainage 4) Street Paving 5) General Grading and Restoration were presented to the Rar~sey City Council on the 2?th day of Septen~ber, 1983 and the 28th day of February, 1984; and WHEREAS, pursuant to resolutions adopted September 27, 1983 and June 12, 1984, reports have been prepared by Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Hakansor, Anderson Associates, Inc. with reference to the improvement, arid these reports were received by the Ramsey City Council r,n February 28, 1~84 arid July 24, 1984. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) The Ramsey City Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all owners of real property contained in the proposed plats of River's Bend, Ra~sey Center and Flintwood Hills 2nd Addition. 2) That Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., is hereby designed as the engineer for this i~l~provement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the ~,~aking of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Reimann and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Ga~l~ec, Councilme~bers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, and Reimar, n Page 1 of 2
