Councilmember Reimann introduced the following resolution and <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #85-42 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION IDENTIFYING BENEFITTING PROPERTY OWNERS IN SORTEBERGS <br />FIRST ADDITION (Project #85-12) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City <br />Council adopted January 22, 1985, a report has been prepared by <br />Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. with <br />reference to the sealcoating improvement of the following <br />streets: <br /> <br />1) 157th Lane N.W. between Armstrong Blvd. N.W. <br />(County Road #83) and Xenolith Street N.W.) <br /> <br />2) Xenolith Street N.W. between 161st Avenue N.W. <br />and 159th Lane N.W. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this report was received by the Ramsey City <br />Council on February 26, 1985, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all benefited property owners of the proposed <br />project are to be identified pursuant to Chapter 210.01 of the <br />City Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the Ramsey City Council has identified the <br />benefited property owners to be as follows: <br /> <br />Owner/Occupant <br />7947 - 159th Lane N.W. <br />Ramsey, Minnesota 55303 <br /> <br />16-32-25-32-0010 <br /> <br />#85-12 <br /> <br />Owner/Occupant <br />7919 - 159th Lane N.W. <br />Ramsey, Minnesota 55303 <br /> <br />16-32-25-32-0009 <br /> <br />#85-12 <br /> <br />Delano Skeim <br />P.O.
