Councilmember Cox introduced the following resolution and <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #85-92 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELIEVING THE CITY OF RAMSEY OF RESPONSIBILITY FOR <br />STREET IMPROVEMENTS TO RUM RIVER H~.LS P.U.D. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a certain petition for public improvement for <br />streets in the proposed plat of Rum River Hills was received on <br />December 11, 1984; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on April 9, 1985 in <br />regards to the improvement for streets in the proposed plat of <br />Rum River Hills; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it has been determined by the developers to do <br />the improvement for streets in the proposed plat of Rum River <br />Hills without the City. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey is <br />hereby relieved of any responsibility for the improvement of <br />streets in the proposed plat of Rum River Hills P.U.D. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Mayor Heitman and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />the following voted in favorthereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Cox, Sorteberg, Reimann and <br />Schlueter <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey City Council this the 28th day of May,/1985. <br /> <br /> 2strator/Clerk ........ <br /> <br /> <br />
