Councilmember Cox introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESC~UTION %85-103 RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS (%85-5 WHISPERING PINES %3) WHEREAS, a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted the 27th day of February, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed sealcoating improvement of the following streets: 1) 157th Lane N.W. between Ferret Street N.W. and Kangaroo Street N.W. 2) 158th Avenue N.W. between Hedgehog Street N.W. and Kangaroo Street N.W. 3) 158th Lane N.W. between Armstrong Blvd. N.W. (County Road %83) west to its end at the cul-de- sac. 4) Eland Street N.W. between 158th Lane N.W. south to its end. 5) Ferret Street N.W. between 157th Lane N.W. and 158th Lane N.W. 6) Hedgehog Street N.W. between the north plat boundary and the south plat boundary of Whispering Pines Estates Plat 3. 7) Kangaroo Street N.W. between 157th Lane N.W. and 158th Lane N.W. AND WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon on the 9th day of April, 1985, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOVA (DUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted February 27, 1985. 2) Mr. Peter R. Raatikka is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement.
