Councilmember Sorteberg introduced the following resolution and <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #85-105 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS (#85-8 156th AVENUE N.W.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution of the Ramsey City Council <br />adopted the 27th day of February, fixed a date for a Council <br />hearing on the proposed sealcoating improvement of the following <br />streets: <br /> <br />1) 156th Avenue N.W. between Variolite Street <br />N.W. and Armstrong Blvd. N.W. (County Road #83) <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks <br />published notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was <br />held thereon on the 9th day of April, 1985, at which all persons <br />desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard <br />thereon. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNT~, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in <br />the Council resolution adopted February 27, 1985. <br /> <br /> 2) Mr. Peter R. Raatikka is hereby designated as the <br />engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and <br />specifications for the making of such improv~ent. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Cox and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, Schlueter and <br />Reimann <br /> <br />and the foll~ing voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey City Council this the llth day of June, 1985. <br /> <br /> Mayor ~ <br />AT~EST: <br /> <br /> <br />
