Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the City Council of the City <br />of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota, was held at the <br />City Hall in said City on June 25, 1985, commencing at 7:30 o'clock P.Mo <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Gary Heitman, Councilmembers <br /> A1 Sorteberg, Gary Reimsnn, Arnie Cox and Jean Schlueter <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> None <br /> <br /> The following written resolution was presented by Councilmember <br />__~ who moved its adoption, the reading of which was dispensed with <br />by unanimous consent. <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 116 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE <br />AND SALE OF $670,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION <br />IMPROVEMENT BONDS OF 1985 <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED By the City Council of the City of Ramsey, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota (City) as follows: <br /> <br />1.
