Counc~lmember Relmann introduced the following resolution and moveo ~or its adoption: RESOLUTION 985-126 RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAY FOR FOREST LAKE CONTRACTING, INC. (Project #84-18 AND #84-19 River's Bend Streets & 149tn Avenue) WHEREAS, the City Council or the City or Ramsey adopted the following resolution approving the ro!low~ng project in the City or Ramsey: Resolution #84-41 aoopte~ March 12, 1984 for River's Bend (~ormerly First Guarantee property ~or municipal utilities, municipal trunk facilities and streets) and WHEREAS, the City Council or the Clty or Ramsey adopted Resolution #84-248 awarding the bid to Forest LaKe Contracting, Inc. for the construction or 149t~ Avenue N.W.M.S.A.S. between the west plat Doundary or River's Bend to Waco Street N.W.; and WHEREAS, the City Council or the C~ty or Ramsey adopted Reso£ut~on #84-249 awarding the D~d to Forest LaKe Contracting, Inc. for the construction or streets and grading improvements to the plat or River's Bend; and WHEREAS, City Engineer, Mr. Peter RaatlKKa or HaKanson Anderson, Inc. recommended part~al payment in ~lS getter dated June 18, 1985, Forest LaKe Contracting, Inc. in the amount or $45,872.19. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOEA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council or the City or Ramsey nereDy authorizes part~al payment to Forest LaKe Contracting, Inc. for River's Bend Streets and 149t~ Avenue N.W. in the amount or $45,872.19. 2) That the City Council or the City or Ramsey nereDy authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to s~gn the release form for tt~s partial payment. 3) That the total amount or this partial payment is not included in Resolution #85-117 adopted Dy the Ramsey City Council on June 25, 1985 approving payment or the Dills for the month or June. 4) That the City oz Ramsey Flnance Department De provided a slgnea copy or r/~s resolution.
