DeI, uca introduced the following resolution and <br />moved f~,z' il,~ -~doption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #87-197 <br /> <br />RESOLUI'i,~)N FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT (#87-10 - Alpaca <br />Estates Js~ ~ 2nd AdditLon) <br /> <br /> [.~!Et{EAS, by a resolution passed by the Ramsey City <br />Council c:~t A~gust 11, 1987, the City Administrator was directed <br />to prepay-re ;~ proposed assessment on the cost of the improvement <br />on the fol!~,wi,:tg area: <br /> <br />a) Riverdale Road N.W. between the northwest plat <br />boundary of Alpaca Estates 1st Addition and the <br />so-theast plat boundary of Alpaca Estates 1st <br />Addition~, <br /> <br />b) Alpaca Street between the north plat boundary <br />of AIpaca Estates 1st Addition and 142nd Avenue <br />N~W~ located in Alpaca Estates 2nd Addition <br /> <br />c) 142nd Avenue N.W. between the west plat <br />boundary and the east plat boundary of Alpaca <br />l~states 2nd Addition <br /> <br /> ;1~EREAS, the Cityy Administrator has notified the <br />Council ~.1~ such proposed assessment has been completed and <br />flied ir~ Li_~ ~,[:'fi~e for pubIic inspection. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFOR)~ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, AN.)~.A COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> I ~ That a hearing shall be held on the 8th day of <br />Septembe~ , / 987._. in the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:30 P.M. to <br />pass up;>n '~o~'h proposed assessment and at such time and place all <br />person~; ,_~,~ ng property affected by such improvement will be <br />given ,'~ r~l~portunity to be heard with reference to such <br /> <br /> 7~ Thal the.
