<br />RESOLUTION AlfTHOR~ZING IME ACQUISITION FOR CERTAIN UTILITY EASEMENTS

<br /> WHEREAS th~ City of Ramsey proposes to construct a watermain,
<br />sanitary sew~ a,~ street improvement project, known as Improvement Project
<br />#87-19, wblc}, ?,o~ect wlll be constructed generally in:
<br />
<br />~h~ ~!~o'~ h 1/2 of Section 35, Township 32, Range 25; and the
<br />~o~;.ih ~,/2 of Section 26, Township 32, Range 25; and Auditor's
<br />~u;~d~i .~.cn No. 30; and Flintwood Hills all in Anoka County,

<br /> ~NP ~.~[~Ei,~E~S, the improvement consists of the construction of sanitary
<br />sewez' trunk ~ i,~,.~ water, main trunk lines, and street improvements in order to
