Cotmcilmc~.nbcr ~'¢arsoa introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #88-86 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING BIDS AND AWARDING CONTRACT FOR SITE <br />IMPROVEMENTS TO RUM RIVER TERRACE (PROJECT #88-13) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the site improvements to Rum <br />River Terrace (Project//88-13), bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the <br />following bids were received complying with <br /> <br />W.B. Miller, Inc. <br />M~tt Bullock Conn'acting <br />DaYe Perkins Contracting <br />I ,akeland Nursery, Inc. <br /> <br />Amount of Bid <br /> <br />$114,544.30 <br />$116,204.65 <br />$128,324.40 <br />$146,209.54 <br /> <br /> AND WlllEREAS, it appears that W.B. Miller, inc. of Ramsey, Minnesota is the lowest <br />responsible bidder. <br /> <br />NOW TItEI<EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY~ ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That ~hc Mayor and City Administrator/Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter <br />into a contract with W. B.
