Councilmembcr (;ox introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #88-94 <br /> <br />RESOLUllON ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICA'flONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #88-08 (SEALCOATING OF SHADY <br />LAWN ESTATE~-i ADDITION) <br /> <br /> WHFREI',.,S, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 24th day of February, 1988, <br />fixed a date for ~ Council hearing on the proposed improvement of sealcoating of Shady Lawn <br />Estates Addition (Project #88-08); and <br /> <br /> W'HERE~S, tell days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was <br />given, and the hearing was held thereon on the 22nd day of March, 1988 at which time all <br />persons desirin.q '~:o be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. <br /> <br />NOW TtlEF~EF:ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CiTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />S~ch improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council resolution adopted 24th <br />day ~f February, 1988. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Mr. F'~;ter Raatikka, of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the <br />engine~r h)r this improvement.
