Mayor Reims;,, it~troduccd the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #88-115 RESOL[Ir[ I{}N Al)OPTING FINANCE OFFICER AND ACCOUNTANT W I I E R E ?.~ S, t h c Ramsey City Council authorized the filling of a vacancy in the Finance Depart~ ne~ Secret:try position with an Accountant; and WI I I!;li E/~S, the Ramsey City Council has accepted the resignation of Finance Officer Noel Graczyl~ t.i~c~r~',by creating a vacancy in the position of Finance Officer; and WliEREAS, the Ramsey City Council has authorized the City Administrator to advertise for applicants 1(, I'ii[ the Finance Department positions; and Wlf~RE/,,S, applications of applicants who might be qualified for the Accountant position and l t'~{~ I:inance Officer position have been reviewed and interviews have been conducted by the City/x<h-~h~;slrator; and W I I ii.
