Councilmember l)eLuca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #88-247 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ,~-PPROVING THE MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET SYSTEM 5-YEAR <br />CONSTRUC'11Oi',=! PROGRAM FOR RAMSEY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has a population greater than 5,000 and is <br />eligible to receiv~ Municipal State Aid Funds; and <br /> <br /> WftEREAS, the Municipal Screening Committee passed a directive requiring <br />each munidpality to submit a 5-Year Construction Program by January 1, 1983 and update the <br />program at 3.yu;tr intervals; and <br /> <br /> WdEREAS, the City Engineer has received a memorandum from the Mn/DOT <br />State Aid Offi(:e ~equesting that all State Aid Municipalities update their 5-Year Construction <br />Program by ,tam~ary 15, 1989; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Engineer has met with the Road and Bridge Committee to <br />review the~,- ~ Yo~,'. ,~. Construction Program', and <br /> <br /> W~tEREAS, the City Engineer presented the updated 5-Year Construction <br />Program to ffm City Council on December 27, 1988. <br /> <br />NOW THER_EFOHE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, .&N..,,KA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> i ) 'That the City Council has been presented the 5-Year Municipal State Aid <br />Street Con.~:tr~h;fion Program by the City Engineer and approves of the program. <br /> <br /> 2 ) That the City Engineer is directed to submit the program along with this <br />resolution to th~?
