Councilmember Peterson <br />moved £or its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #89-02- 34 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAY FOR W. B. MILLER, INC. (PROJECT <br />#88-13 RUM iRIVER TERRACE SITE IMPROVEMENT) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this <br />project on i~arch 1988~ and <br /> <br /> WHFREA.~ the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted <br />Resolution #88~--. awarding the bid to W. Bo Miller, Inc. for the <br />improve~ments to Rum River Terrace; and <br /> <br /> WHER~A~;, City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson <br />Assoc]ate~ Inc. recommended partial payment to W. B. Miller, Inc. <br />in the. amouilt of $3,135.00. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANO}CA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) 'Fhat the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment <br />to Wo B~ Miller, Inc. for the site improvements to Rum River <br />Terrace Jl~ 'khe amount of $3,135.00. <br /> <br /> 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City <br />Administlra'h~r to sign the release form for this partial payment. <br /> <br /> 3) Ti. at the total amount of this partial payment is not <br />included in Resolution #89-02 approving payment of bills for the <br />month of February, 1989o -31 <br /> <br /> 4) Th. mt the city of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a <br />signed <:~py of this resolution. <br /> <br />The mohi,>h Yor the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember DeLuca and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the fol. l~wing voted in favor thereof: <br /> Mayo's, R~ma, nn, Councilmembers Peterson, DeLuca, and Pearson <br />and the. roi. lowing voted against the same: <br /> None <br />and the Jk.]lowing abstained: <br /> None <br />and the. fo]lowing were absent: <br /> C0un~:~ ] nl~q~lber Ci c h <br />wheremi)on said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br /> <br />the Ramsey City Council this 28th <br /> <br /> <br />
