Councilmember Peterson moved £or its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION #89-02- 34 RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAY FOR W. B. MILLER, INC. (PROJECT #88-13 RUM iRIVER TERRACE SITE IMPROVEMENT) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on i~arch 1988~ and WHFREA.~ the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #88~--. awarding the bid to W. Bo Miller, Inc. for the improve~ments to Rum River Terrace; and WHER~A~;, City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Assoc]ate~ Inc. recommended partial payment to W. B. Miller, Inc. in the. amouilt of $3,135.00. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANO}CA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) 'Fhat the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Wo B~ Miller, Inc. for the site improvements to Rum River Terrace Jl~ 'khe amount of $3,135.00. 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administlra'h~r to sign the release form for this partial payment. 3) Ti. at the total amount of this partial payment is not included in Resolution #89-02 approving payment of bills for the month of February, 1989o -31 4) Th. mt the city of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed <:~py of this resolution.
