Councilmembo~ Cich introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #89-06-138 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING APPRAISALS FOR THE PROPERTY TO BE ACQUIRED FOR <br />CITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #88-21 <br /> <br /> Wt-{EREAS, the City has authorized Improvement Project #88-21 which <br />generally cor~sist.~, of the extension of 153rd Avenue N.W. in the Northfork P.U.D southerly <br />across the Hmiinotor~ Northern Railroad tracks to its intersecting with U.S. Highway #10; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, by City Resolution #88-196 for the street construction acquisition <br />of the ne(;es~;ary dght-oFway by negotiation and/or eminent domain proceeding if necessary; <br />and <br /> <br /> Wk~EREAS, as a part of said easement acquisition process the City has retained <br />the servic~;s of appraiser Marlow McGrady; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. McGrady has now completed his appraisal values of the parcels <br />that are necessary to be acquired as a result of the improvement project. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> · i ) That the appraisal value listed opposite each of the parcels listed below, <br />all a part of Ciiy Improvement Project #88-21, are hereby approved, to wit: <br /> <br />Parcel No. A_Dpraisal Value <br /> <br />I $12,215.50 <br />la $ 9,969.85 <br />2 $ 8,993.4O <br />3 $14,535.40 <br />B $12,223.75 <br /> <br />The motion for thr~ adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />DeLuca and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor ,r-~eimann <br />Co~mcilmember Cich <br />Codncilmon~ber DeLuca <br />Councilmember Pearson <br />Co;mcilmember Peterson <br /> <br />and the following v(.,ted against the same: <br /> <br />Norle <br /> <br /> <br />
