Councilmembor P[:arson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #89-06-148 <br /> <br />RESOLUTI¢)N APPROVING FINAL. PAY FOR W. B. MILLER, INC. (PROJECT #87-19 <br />AND #87.~26 DYSPROSIUM STREET N.W.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on May <br /> <br />3, 1988; und <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding <br />the bid to W. B. Miller, Inc. for the improvements to Dysprosium Street N.W.; and <br /> <br /> WI4EREAS, City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. <br />recommendod final payment to W. B. Miller, Inc. in the amount of $5,294.80. <br /> <br />NOW THERF:I::ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> r'~. ~,'~ '~) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to W. B.
