Councilmeml)or Pearson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #89-06-149 RESOLU'f'IOr.,I APPROVING FINAL PAY FOR CENTRAL LANDSCAPING, INC. (PROJECT #89-3 cEr',rTRI~L PARK TURF ESTABLISHMENT AND IRRIGATION) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on March 28, -19,'F~; :~nd WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #89-03- 60 awardino the bid to Central Landscaping, Inc. for Central Park turf establishment and irrigation; and WHt~ REAS, City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. recommended final payment to Central Landscaping, Inc. in the amount of $13,982.60. NOW TI-IEflL:FOI:,tE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: i) 'fhat the City Council hereby authorizes final payment to Central ir~c. for Central Park turf establishment and irrigation in the amount of Landscaping, $13,982.',,30. ;:) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the raie.,%¢~ forrn for this final payment. 3 ) That the amount of this partial payment is not included in Resolution #89- 06-140 approvir~o payment of bills for the month of June, 1989. /-~ ) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resoluti,)~, The motion for lhe adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Cich and upo~ voit; being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Co~Jr~cih'qor~floer Pearson Com~cilr¢~or~ber Cich Co dt~cilr~l(;~ ;11-)0 r Peterson and the follow~r~!i w,ted against the same: Noi'lO and the followin!j abstained: Nolie
