Councilmcmbcr t'c tcrson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #90-03-077 RES()LI/TI{}N RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #90-12 (BITUMINOUS SURFACING OF 178TH AVENUE N.W.. AND 178TH CIRCLE N.W.) WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted February 13, 1990, a report has been prepared by Mr. Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. with referent{; to b~tmninous surfacing of 178th Avenue N.W. and 178th Circle N.W..; and Wi~ IEI1EAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 26, 1990, which report indicates the following: mated total cost of project E:.;limated total assessment per unit (i ndividual property cost) mated annual assessment per unit 10 year term $ 49,400.00 $ 2,744.44 $ 427.58 NOW TIiIEREF()I~,E, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSI;;Y, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That tl ~c, R ~msey City Council will consider the improvements of overlaying of such streets in accot'da~tce with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of thc cosi oF ~he improvement pursuant to the Ramsey City Charter at an estimated total cost of ',he iml)~ ovcment of $49,400.00. 2) Th,t a fmbl ic hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on April 24, 1990 in the Cou n c il (~h ambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give ~nailcd and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
