Cou ncJlm(:~ n l J(~r Pc arson i ntrod riced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-04-115 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING PETITION AND CALLING FOR A FEASIBILITY <br />REPORT TO !i',XTEND MUNICIPAL UTILITIES TO CEDAR HILLS ADDITION <br /> <br /> WItEIiEAS, the City has received a petition for a feasibility study to consider the <br />extension of C. ity water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and streets to the proposed Cedar Hills <br />Subdivisions.; <br /> <br /> WIi P;I-~I~;~\S~ the City Administrator has found the petition to be of the correct percentage <br />of lawful ,si gnait~ r-~,s of affected property owners; and <br /> <br /> WIII4R1,;AS, the City Administrator has found the petition to be in accord with the City <br />Charter m ~d M in ncsota Statutes concerning local improvements. <br /> <br />NOW TIIER, EI"ORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSI,;V, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />A c,.:rmm )~ctition requesting a feasibility study to consider the extension of City water, <br />san it a t y 'sc wet, storm sewer and streets to the proposed Cedar Hills Subdivision has been <br />filed with '~he City Council on April 24, 1990. The petition is hereby declared to be signed <br />by thc rcq!uired percentage of affected property owners. This declaration is made in <br />co,~fi)m ~i ty to City of Ramsey Ordinance 210.01 and Minnesota Statute Chapter 429. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Thc pctiti(m is hereby referred to Peter Raatikka, City Engineer, and he is instructed to <br />l)rcparc a feasibility study to the City Council with all convenient speed advising the <br />Coun(;il in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to <br />thc cost o~ the project to each affected property owner. The City Engineer shall also <br />co,un~cni as to whether it should best be done as proposed or in conjunction with some <br />()tt~cr in qm,vement. <br /> <br />3) Thc, al)eve ,ncntioncd project shall hereby be referred to as Improvement Project g00-19. <br /> <br />Thc motion fi~r' tlr3 adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Peterson a nd ~ q)on vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the folk),x'ing voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the lblh)wing abstained: <br /> <br />No [1 C <br /> <br /> <br />
