Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #91-02-051 RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL CONTRACTING, INC. FOR PROJECT #89-4 PAYMENT TO DRESEL WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on August 28, 1990; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #90-08-285 awarding the bid to Dresel Contracting, Inc. for the construction of Improvement Project #89-4; and WHEREAS, Consulting Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. recommended partial payment to Dresel Contracting, Inc. in the amount of $114,475.00. NOW, TttEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: l) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Dresel Contracting, Inc. for the construction of Improvement Project #89-4 in the amount of $114,475.00. 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this partial payment. 3) That tile total amount of this partial payment is not included in Resolution #91-02-041 approving payment of the bills for the month of February, 1991. 4) That tile City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution.
