Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION ~91-05-111 RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR PROJECT g91-04 (SEALCOATING OF REILLY ESTATES 1ST, 2ND, AND 3RD ADDITIONS) WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 12th day of February, 1991, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of Reilly Estates 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Additions (Project #91-04); and WHEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public hearing; and WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon on the 26th day of March, 1991 at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA as follows: 1) 2) That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted the 12th day of February, 1991. That Mr. Stevcn Jankowski, City Engineer, is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Beyer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gilbertson Councilmember Peterson Councilmember Beyer Counilmember Hardin and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: Nonc and the lbllowing were absent: Councilmember Cich whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 28th day of May, 1991.
