Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #91-06-141 RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EXTENSION TO THE TIME FRAME FOR FILING FOR FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF WINDEMERE WOODS WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey granted preliminary plat approval to Windemere Woods on September 27, 1988; and WHEREAS, Ramsey City Code states that the subdivider shall file the final plat with the Zoning Officer within one year of preliminary plat approval. Thereafter, Council may extend the period upon written application by the subdivider;, and WHEREAS, the City received a letter from Al Koenig, developer of Windemere Woods dated February 1, 1991 requesting an extension to the final plat filing time frame for Windemere Woods; and WHEREAS, the City Council granted an extension to the final plat filing time frame for Windemere Woods to June 30, 1991; and WHEREAS, the City received a letter from A1 Koenig, developer of Windemere Woods dated June 6, 1991 requesting an additional extension to the final plat filing time frame for Windemere Woods. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants an extension to the final plat filing time frame for Windemere Woods from June 30, 1991 to October 31, 1991. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Hardin and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gilbertson Councilmember Peterson Councilmember Hardin Councilmember Beyer Councilmember Cich and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 25th day of June, 1991. //~~ .~~~~~)~ ATTEST~ ] C~j~7 X'~l~inistrator
