Councilmember Beyer introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #91-07-171 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING PETITION FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE <br />EXTENSION OF SANITARY SEWER AND WATER FOR FLEISCHER'S 2ND <br />ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has received a petition for a feasibility study to consider the <br />Extension of Sanitary Sewer and Water for Fleischer's 2nd Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Administrator has found the petition to be of the correct percentage <br />of lawful signatures of affected property owners; and <br /> <br /> WIIEREAS, the City Administrator has found the petition to be in accord with the City <br />Charter and Minnesota Statutes concerning local improvements. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That certain petition requesting a feasibility study to consider the extension of Sanitary <br />Sewer and Water for Fleischer's 2nd Addition has been filed with the City Council on July <br />23, 1991. The petition is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of <br />affected property owners. This declaration is made in conformity to the City Code of <br />Ramsey Chapter 4.60 and Minnesota Statute Chapter 429. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Peterson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Peterson <br />Councilmember Hardin <br />Councilmember Cich <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />ancl the following were absent: <br /> <br />Nolle <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br /> <br />the 23rd day of July, 1991. <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br />'x~Cit~ ,~m[ni~trator ' <br /> <br /> <br />
