WHEREAS, on May 7, 1991 and May 9, 1991 the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted the public hearing and recommended preliminary plat approval of Northfork Point; and WHEREAS, the Northfork Park Dedication Addendum dated May 9, 1989, which was entered into by the City of Ramsey and North Fork, Inc. reflects that there are no park dedication requirements on that area to be platted as Northfork Point; and WHEREAS, on May 28, 1991 the Ramsey City Council granted preliminary plat approval to Northfork Point.
