Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #91-10-242 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF GLENGARRY <br />ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Burnside Trails Development Company, a partnership between Kuhn <br />Homes, Inc and Dennis Chuba, hereafter referred to as "Developers" have properly applied for plat <br />approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />The Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, excepting the West Quarter of the <br />Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, Section 6, Township 32, Range 25, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, on September 24, 1991, the City received application and sketch plan <br />from Burnside Trails Development Company for Glengarry Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on October 1, 1991 and <br />approved the sketch plan of Glengarry Addition and directed the subdivider to proceed to the final <br />plat stage; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on October 10, 1991 and <br />recommended that cash be accepted to satisfy park dedication requirements. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants f'mal plat approval to Glengarry Addition in <br />accordance with relevant City Codes. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Beyer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Peterson <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Hardin <br />Councilmember Cich <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
