<br />Councilmember Howell introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #23-242 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REMOVAL OF OLD PUBLIC WORKS OFFICES AT <br />14100 JASPER ST NW <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the former Public Works Department Administrative Offices are no longer <br />in use; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the condition of the mobile trailer have deteriorated beyond a condition <br />where the trailers are in a useable condition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, staff attempted to sell the trailer in 2022 but were unsuccessful; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, staff received two quotes for the demolition and removal of the trailers; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the low quote was submitted by Foster Trucking, Inc. out of Ham Lake, MN <br />in the amount of $8,000. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the quote submitted by Foster Trucking, <br />Inc. in the amount of $8,000 and authorizes the removal of the former Public Works <br />Administrative Offices located at 14100 Jasper St NW. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Musgrove, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />
