Councilmember Musgrove introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #23-249 <br /> RESOLUTION DENYING LICENSE FOR YAN CHANG OF CREEKSIDE RELAXING <br /> SPA LLC FOR THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE ESTABLISHMENT AND THERAPEUTIC <br /> MASSAGE THERAPIST LICENSES <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey, herein referred to as the "City," has received an <br /> Application from YAN CHANG for THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE ESTABLISHMENT and <br /> THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE THERAPIST LICENSES; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City's Police Chief has conducted a background check and recommends <br /> denial of license. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br /> COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1) That the City Council denies the application for a THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE <br /> ESTABLISHMENT license for CREEKSIDE RELAXING SPA LLC. <br /> 2) That the City Council denies the application for a THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE <br /> THERAPIST license for YAN CHANG. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> Woestehoff, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> None <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> None <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> None <br />
