Councilmember Musgrove introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #23-253 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING SEWER CLEANING & TELEVISING PROPOSALS FOR <br /> IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #24-13, FOX RIDGE ESTATES 1ST & 2ND STREET <br /> RECONSTRUCTIONS <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey proposes to reconstruct the streets within the Fox Ridge <br /> Estates I" & 2nd subdivision as identified within the 2023 —2032 10-Year Capital Improvement <br /> Program; and <br /> WHEREAS, televising of storm sewers is required to accurately evaluate the condition of <br /> below ground municipal utilities; and <br /> WHEREAS, request for proposals were submitted to six (6) firms for the purpose of <br /> obtaining proposals for completing the proposed cleaning and televising services; and <br /> WHEREAS,the one (1) cleaning and televising proposal received is tabulated below; and <br /> Project Hydro-Klean, LLC Proposal <br /> IP 24-13 Fox Ridge Estates I" & 2nd $10,048.75 <br /> WHEREAS, the proposal of Hydro-Klean, LLC in the amount of $10,048.75 for the <br /> televising of Fox Ridge Estates 1"&2nd, for said services in accordance with the prepared proposal <br /> is the lowest responsible proposal and their proposal shall be and hereby is accepted. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> 1) The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br /> contract with Hydro-Klean, LLC for said cleaning and televising services for and on behalf <br /> of the City of Ramsey. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> Woestehoff, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br />
