• <br />Councilmember Hendriksen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #01 -12 -445 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING 2002 SCHEDULE OF RATES, FEES AND CHARGES <br />WHEREAS, at the City Council meeting on December 18, 2001, staff recommended <br />approval of the attached Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the attached Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges is hereby adopted effective <br />January 1, 2002. <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Kurak and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />and the following were absent: <br />None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 18th day of December, 2001. <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Hendriksen <br />Councilmember Kurak <br />Councilmember Anderson <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br />
