<br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS AND AWARDING CONTRACT FOR JUNIPER
<br />STRD
<br />WOODS 1 – 3 STREET RECONSTRUCTIONS, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #24-12
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey proposes to reconstruct the streets within the Juniper
<br />stndrd
<br />Woods 1, 2, and 3 subdivision as identified within the 2023 – 2032 10-Year Capital
<br />Improvement Program; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #23-130, adopted June 13,
<br />2023, the City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Bolton & Menk, Inc., for topographic
<br />survey of the project area; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #23-129, adopted June 27,
<br />2023, the City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Independent Testing Technologies,
<br />Inc., for a geotechnical report of the project area; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #23-202, adopted August 22,
<br />2023, the City Council ordered the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for Juniper
<br />strd
<br />Woods 1 – 3 Street Reconstructions, Improvement Project #24-12; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #24-042, adopted January 23,
<br />2024 the City Council approved final plans and specifications as prepared by the City Engineer
<br />and authorized advertisement for bids for the same improvements; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, proposals were received for Construction Staking and As-built Survey of
<br />$12,024.00 from Bolton and Menk, Inc. for said improvements; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, bids were advertised in the Anoka Union Herald on January 26 and February
<br />2, 2024; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, six (6) bids were received, opened and tabulated on March 4, 2024, and the
<br />following bids were found to comply with the approved plans and specifications and advertisement
<br />for bids; and
<br />

<br />accepted.
