<br />Councilmember Musgrove introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #24-207 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REQUESTS FOR QUOTES FOR MAINTENANCE <br />PROJECT #24-57, 2024 SPRAY PATCHING CONTRACTED SERVICES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, numerous public streets in the City of Ramsey require pavement patching; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the adopted budget for 2024 includes $575,000 for crack sealing, pavement <br />rejuvenation, and temporary pavement patching projects that support the Pavement Management <br />Program; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the final project cost for City Improvement Project #24-08, 2024 Crack <br />Seal Improvements, was $130,320, of which $53,431.20 is proposed to be paid from Municipal <br />State Aid maintenance funds; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the estimated project cost for City Improvement Project #24-09, 2024 <br />Pavement Rejuvenator Improvements, is $239,820, of which $35,973.00 is proposed to be paid <br />from Municipal State Aid maintenance funds; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the final project cost for City Improvement Project #24-55, 2024 Pavement <br />Patching Contracted Services, is $228,092.71; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, an estimated $66,000 remains available for a 2024 Spray Patching <br />Contracted Services project; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared a plan and contract documents for a 2024 <br />Spray Patching Contracted Services project, designated as Maintenance Project #24-57, for the <br />purpose of soliciting quotes for said work. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1.) The Ramsey City Council hereby approves the 2024 Spray Patching Contracted Services <br />plan as prepared by the City Engineer, and authorizes soliciting Requests for Quotes for <br />Maintenance Project #24-57, 2024 Spray Patching Contracted Services. <br /> <br />The motion of the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Woestehoff, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br /> <br />
