Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #92-04-059 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT FOR CITY ADMINISTRATOR RYAN SCHROEDER WHEREAS, Ryan Schroeder was hired as the City Administrator for the City of Ramsey on June 3, 1991; and WHEREAS, the current annual salary for City Administrator Ryan Schroeder is $47,000 in salary grade 8; and WHEREAS, the current employment agreement between the City of Ramsey and City Administrator Ryan Schroeder was effective June 3, 1991 through December 31, 1991; and WHEREAS, the City Council met on March 24, 1992 and approved the employment contract for City Administrator Ryan Schroeder effective January 1, 1992; and WHEREAS, the annual salary for City Administrator Ryan Schroeder during the period of January 1, 1992 through December 31, 1992 is established at an annual rate of $49,162 and the sum provided by the City of Ramsey for health and life insurance is $250 per month for calendar year 1992. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council of Ramsey hereby approves the employment contract for City Administrator Ryan Schroeder in salary grade 8, at an annual salary of $49,162 effective January 1, 1992 and the monthly health and life insurance contribution of $250 per month for calendar year 1992. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Beyer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gilbertson Councilmember Peterson Councilmember Beyer Councilmember Hardin Councilmember Zimmerman and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ra_msey CjtT~ouncil this the 14th day of April, 1992. /M4 or Ciiy
