Councilmember Beyer introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #92-06-145 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF MCDONALD <br />ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Robert McDonald, hereafter referred to as "Developer" has properly applied <br />for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />The Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 9, Township 32, Range 25, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 9, Township 32, <br />Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota which lies South of the following described line: <br />Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; <br />thence on an assumed bearing of North 01 degree 04 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of <br />218.43 feet to the Point of Beginning of the line to be described; thence North 71 degrees <br />20 minutes 50 seconds East a distance of 809.12 feet; thence North 63 degrees 21 minutes <br />30 seconds East a distance of 602.98 feet to the East line of said Northwest Quarter of the <br />Southeast Quarter and there terminating. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, on April 2, 1992, the City received application and sketch plan from <br />Robert McDonald for McDonald Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on May 5, 1992 and <br />approved the sketch plan of McDonald Addition and directed the Developer to proceed to the final <br />plat stage; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on May 14, 1992 and <br />recommended the acquisition of land to satisfy park dedication requirements. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to McDonald Addition in <br />accordance with relevant City Codes. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Hardin and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Hardin <br />Councilmember Peterson <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
