I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />! <br />! <br />! <br />! <br />! <br />! <br />! <br /> <br />Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION g93-03-029 <br /> <br />RESOLUTIDN RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />IMPROVEMgNT PROJECT 092-22 (EXTENSION OF CITY WATER AND <br />SEWER TO PONDVALE ESTATES 2ND ADDITION AND BLOCKS 2 & 3 OF <br />PONDVALE ESTATES ADDITION AND RAMSEY MEADOWS ADDITION) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a report has been prepared by Mr. Steven Jankowski, City Engineer, with <br />reference tolmpmvement Project g92-22 (Extension of City water and Sewer to Pondvale Estates <br />2nd Addition and~ blocks 2 & 3 of Pondvale Estates Addition and Ramsey Meadows Addition); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on March 9, 1993 <br />which indicates the following: <br /> <br />NOW <br />OF <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Estimated total cost of project <br />Estimated total assessment per unit <br />(individual property cost) <br />Estimatedannual assessment per unit <br />10 year term <br />Estimated annual assessment per unit <br />5 year,term <br /> <br />$226,706 <br /> <br />$8,225 <br /> <br />$1,225 <br /> <br />$2,060 <br /> <br /> THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of extension of City water <br />and S~wer to Pondvale Estates 2nd Addition and Blocks 2 & 3 of Pondvale Estates <br />Addition and Ramsey Meadows Addition in accordance with the report and the assessment <br />of abtitting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to <br />Minn~ota Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated <br />total cost of $226,706. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 13th day of <br />April, ~19{)3 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and the <br />City ~Arlministrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement <br />as required by law. <br /> <br />The motion fOr the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Beyer and upon vOte being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor, Gilbertson <br />Counellmember Peterson <br />Couneflmember Beyer <br />Count ~tlmember Hardin <br />Councilmember Zimmennan <br /> <br />and the follow~g voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
