,I <br /> <br />Councilmer?e~ltardin introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> #9 -03-0 9 <br />RESOLmO~ ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS <br />AND SPI~,~Ilicl[CATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT g92-16 (WATER AND <br />SEWER ~X~NSION TO PIN 25-32-25-23-0004) <br /> WI~I~REAS, a motion of the City Council on November 10, 1992, fixed a date for a <br />Public he~a~,~a2~ on the proposed improvement water and sewer extension to PIN 25-32-25-23-0004 <br />(Project g92516); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following such public <br />hearing; and! <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the hearing was <br />given, and il~ heating was held thereon on December 22, 1992, at which time all persons desiring <br />to be heard Were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. <br />NOW THEREIZORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSgY,~'.ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) Thai auchimprovement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council motion adopted <br /> November 10, 1992 accepting feasibility study. <br /> <br />2) That Mr. Steven Jankowski, City Engineer, is hereby designated as the engineer for this <br /> imprtvement.
