I Councilme~ Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION g93-04.059 RESOLIITION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF AMBER RIDGE wHEREAs, Oor-em, LLC, hereafter referred to as "Developer" has properly applied for final plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: The SoU~Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 24, Township 32, Rang~c25~:Anoka County, Minnesota. and That part Of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 24, ToWnship 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying east of State Highway No. 47. and That Pm of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying east of State Highway 47. and Outlot Ai RIVER'S BEND, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota. ANI~ ~WHEREAS, on February 1, 1993, the City received application and sketch plan from Gor-em,!LLC; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on February 10, 1993 and recomm~ded the acceptance of a combination of cash and land to satisfy park dedication requirements; and WI-Ii~REAs, the Planning and Zoning Commission met on February 16, 1993 and approved the iketeh plan; and WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on March 2, 1993 and te~mmended preliminary plat approval; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on March 23, 1993 and granted preliminary plat approval tO Amber Ridge; WHEREAS, the City has acquired title to Outlot A, Rivers Bend, from Anoka County for use as a drainage area; and wHEREAs, the City Engineer advises that alternate drainage areas to Ouflot A could accommodate~he City's drainage needs; and WHEREAS, efficient land use planning requires that Outlot A be included as a pan of the proposed plat i)f Amber Ridge.
