I Io I I I I I I I I$ I I I I I I I i I Councilmeml~er Zimmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION g93-05-068 RESOLUTION APPROVING ABATEMENT OF CERTAIN SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS CERTIFIED IN 1992 FOR THE CITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECTr' ~90'08, CITY FUND #431, COUNTY FUND #1741. WHEREAS, thc City's Improvement Project Number 90-08 is identified as Overlaying ImprovemenCto Woodland Green Addition; and WHI~EAS, prepayments were received by the City of Ramsey and reported to Anoka County as f0Hows: 0004 p~_oaid Date Prepaid Amount R24 Oct. 13, 1992 $150.76 WHEREAS, these prepayments were not removed from the assessment roll at Anoka County; and WHEREAS, to correct the County roll it is necessary that the City of Ramsey approve abatement. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSRY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby approves abatement of special assesffments for Improvement Project g90-08, City Fund g431, County Fund #1741 for parce[R24-32-25-21-0004. 2) Thatythe City of Ramsey hereby instructs the Finance Officer to process all paperwork as required by Anoka County Auditor's Office in this regard and to notify the property owners involV~l of the Council's action. The motion f0r the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Beyer and upOn vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gilbertson Cotln~iln~mber Zimmerman Counailmember Beyer Coun~lm~aber Haxdin Coune~lmember Peterson and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the follo~g were absent: None
