Io Councilmeml ~ Zimme~an introduced the following resolution and moved for itsadoption: RESOLUTION g93-05-071 I RESOLUTION APPROVING ABATEMENT OF CERTAIN SPECIAL CERTIFIED 1992 FOR THE CITY IMPROVEMENT ASSESSMI~N~S IN IPROJECT ~tgl 07, CITY,FUND #435, COUNTY FUND #194216 WH~R..EAS, the City s Improvement Project Number 91-07 is identified as Sealcoating I of Parts of SeCtion 11; and WHEREAS, prepayments were received by the City of Ramsey and reported to Anoka County as follows: I ~ Prepaid Amount R11-32-25-42-0011 Oct. 5, 1992 $36.03 I WHEREAS, these prepayments were not removed from the assessment roll at Anoka County; and I wHEREAS, to correct the County roll it is necessary that the City of Ramsey approve abatement. I NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: · ~ 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby approves abatement of special · asseasgaents for Improvement Project g91-07, City Fund g435, County Fund #1946 for parceliR 11-32-25-42-0011. I 2) ~e City Ramsey hereby Finance to process all paperwork as That of instructs the Officer required by Anoka County Auditor's Office in this regard and to notify the property owners involved of the Council's action.
