I I I i I I$ I I I I I I I I I Councilme~er~ ~ Zimmermanr: introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #93-05-079 RESOLUT~O~ ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND Si~]~C~.FICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #93-03 (SEALCOA~ING IMPROVEMENT TO OAKRIDGE ESTATES ADDITION) WHEREAS, a motion of the City Council adopted January 26, 1993, fixed a date for a Council he~g on the proposed improvement seaicoating of Oaicridge Estates Addition (Project 4/93-03); and ! WHEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public hearing; and: WtI~ ;RE.AS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, and He hearing was held thereon on February 23, 1993, at which time ail persons desiring to be heard ~ given an opportunity to be heard thereon. I NOW THEilEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAM~i~Y,~ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: I 1) That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted Januai~-y 26, 1993. 2) .That City Engineer Steven J. Jankowski is hereby designated as the engineer for this ~mp~qvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such impf~veraent.
