Councilmemb~r~ ZAmmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #93-05-084 RESoLuTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #93-08 (OVERLAYING IMPROV~I~iEI~T TO 16IST AVENUE N.W. BETWEEN ARMSTRONG BLVD. N.W. (CO~JNT~' ROAD #83) AND VARIOLITE STREET N.W.) WHERE~S, a motion of the City Council adopted January 26, 1993, fixed a date for a Council heating on the proposed improvement overlaying of 161st Avenue N.W. between Armstrong Blvd. N.W. ?outity Road #83) and Variolite Street N.W. (Project g03-08); and and WHEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public hearing; WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, and th~he~ng was held thereon on February 23, 1993, at which time all persons desiring to be heard wel~ igiv~in an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW THI~..]~tEI~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSl~, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That is~uch::improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted January, 26, 1993. 2) That City. Engineer Steven $. Jankowski is hereby designated as the engineer for this imprOVenmnt. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement.
