Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />PROPOSED RESOLUTION #94-06-126 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF AN INTERIM USE PERMIT <br />FOR A TEMPORARY STRUCTURE AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Listul Industries, Inc. has properly applied for an interim use permit for a <br />temporary structure for the purposes of providing additional office space on the property generally <br />known as 6300 Industry Avenue N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Tract C, Registered Land Survey No. 30, except the west 169.41 feet thereof, also except <br />road subject to easement of record, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on June 6, 1994, conducted the public <br />hearing and recommended City Council approval of the request. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />Based. on Findings of Fact #0363, an interim use permit for a temporary structure is hereby <br />granted to the Listul Industries, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Permit Holder", at 6300 <br />Industry Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />2. This permit shall terminate on June 30, 1995 <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />The size, type of construction and placement of the temporary structure shall be in <br />accordance with the one (1) sheet site plan dated 5/19/94 and the one (1) sheet structure <br />drawing dated 2/14/94. <br /> <br />The temporary structure shall comply with all applicable Building Code and Fire Code <br />regulations and standards for such structures. The Permit Holder shall be responsible for <br />obtaining all necessary permits, including a building permit, prior to moving the structure <br />onto the property. Said building permit will not be issued until all financial obligations <br />relating to this permit and the application escrow account have been satisified. <br /> <br />The Permit holder shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this interim use permit. Said expenses shall be paid within 15 days of billing by <br />the City and failure to pay the City's expenses within the 15 day billing period will permit <br />the City to draw upon any of the escrows required by this agreement for payment. <br />Furthermore, to ensure the timely removal of the temporary structure prior to the expiration <br />date of this permit, the Permit Holder shall maintain a minimum balance of $500.00 in the <br />application escrow account until such time as the permit has expired and/or the temporary <br />structure has been removed from the property. <br /> <br />The Permit Holder shall provide off-street parking on the site for all employees and <br />customers. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />The City Administrator and/or his/her designee shall have the right to inspect the premises <br />for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time upon reasonable request. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Zimmerman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi <br /> <br /> <br />
