Councilmember Zimmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #94-07-138 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF RIVER BLUFFS 2ND <br />ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Juniper Ridge Partnership, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has <br />properly applied for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of <br />Ramsey: <br /> <br />Outlots B, C, D and E, River Bluffs, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, on November 2, 1989, the City received application and sketch plan <br />from Juniper Ridge Partnership for River Bluffs P.U.D.; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission met on December 4, 1989 and approved <br />the sketch plan of River Bluffs P.U.D. and directed the subdivider to proceed to the preliminary <br />plat stage; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission met on December 11, 1989, and <br />conducted a public hearing on River Bluffs P.U.D. and recommended preliminary plat approval; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on December 14, 1989 <br />and recommended that a combination of land and cash be used to satisfy park dedication <br />requirements; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on December 19, 1989 and approved the <br />preliminary plat for River Bluffs P.U.D.; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a public heating on August <br />6, 1991 regarding a proposed revision to the approved preliminary plat and recommended City <br />Council approval of the revised preliminary plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on August 13, 1991 and granted approval to <br />the revised preliminary plat for River Bluffs P.U.D.; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on August 11, 1992, and granted final plat <br />approval to River Bluffs; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 24, 1994, the Developer applied for final plat approval of River <br />Bluffs 2nd Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed final plat for River Bluffs 2nd Addition conforms <br />substantially to the approved preliminary plat. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to River Bluffs 2nd <br />Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes. <br /> <br /> <br />
