Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 096-01-029 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF JUSKIEWICZ <br />ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Edwin Juskicwicz, hereafter referred to as "Developer' has properly <br />applied for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of ramsey: <br /> <br />Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 1; Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, Block 2; Juskiewicz Addition, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, on November 27, 1995, the City received application and sketch <br />plan from Edwin Juskiewicz for Juskiewicz Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission met on December 5, 1995, and <br />approved the sketch plan of Juskiewicz Addition and directed the Developer to proceed to the final <br />plat stage; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on December 14, 1995, <br />and determined that park dedication shall be satisfied with cash contribution for each of the seven <br />(7) new residential lots created; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City received the proposed final plat for approval on January 8, 1996. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Juskiewicz Addition in <br />accordance with relevant City Codes and contingent upon developer entering into a <br />development agreement with the City. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Beahen and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin <br />Councilmember Peterson <br />Councilmember Beahen <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
