1411319 Councilmember Haas Steffen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #99-01-024 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #0485 AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT TO EXCEED SIGN SURFACE RESTRICTIONS WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #99-01-023 adopting Findings of Fact #0485 for this use and herein approves the Conditional Use Permit. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as followS: That on January 26, 1999, a Conditional Use Permit ("CUP") was issued by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Connexus Energy ("Permit Holder") for two ground signs and to exceed the sign surface area restriction on the property generally known as 14601 Ramsey Boulevard NW and legally described as follows: Lot 1, Block 1, A.E.C. ENERGY PARK, Anoka County, Minnesota (Subject Property). This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this permit are as follows: The Permit Holder is herein granted permission to erect two ground signs on the Subject Property, one at the Ramsey Boulevard NW entrance and one at the Industry Avenue NW entrance. The sign surface area of the ground sign located at the Ramsey Boulevard NW entrance shall not exceed 115 square feet or an aggregate surface area of 230 square feet. The sign surface of the ground sign located at the Industry Avenue NW entrance shall maintain compliance with the 100 square foot (200 square foot aggregate) maximum sign size restriction established by City Code.
