1411319 <br /> <br />Councilmember Haas Steffen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #99-01-024 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #0485 AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT TO <br />EXCEED SIGN SURFACE RESTRICTIONS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #99-01-023 adopting <br />Findings of Fact #0485 for this use and herein approves the Conditional Use Permit. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as followS: <br /> <br />That on January 26, 1999, a Conditional Use Permit ("CUP") was issued by the City of Ramsey <br />("City") to Connexus Energy ("Permit Holder") for two ground signs and to exceed the sign <br />surface area restriction on the property generally known as 14601 Ramsey Boulevard NW and <br />legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, A.E.C. ENERGY PARK, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(Subject Property). <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of <br />this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />The Permit Holder is herein granted permission to erect two ground signs on the Subject <br />Property, one at the Ramsey Boulevard NW entrance and one at the Industry Avenue NW <br />entrance. <br /> <br />The sign surface area of the ground sign located at the Ramsey Boulevard NW entrance shall <br />not exceed 115 square feet or an aggregate surface area of 230 square feet. The sign surface <br />of the ground sign located at the Industry Avenue NW entrance shall maintain compliance <br />with the 100 square foot (200 square foot aggregate) maximum sign size restriction <br />established by City Code. <br /> <br /> <br />
