Councilmember Hendriksen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #99-05-099 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZES AMENDMENTS TO THE RAMSEY FEE SCHEDULE <br />REGARDING AGENDA PHOTOCOPYING AND MAILING FEES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the expenses relating to photocopying and <br />mailing the City Council Agenda packets, sheets and cover sheets; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has found it is more appropriate to charge a lump sum, of <br />$600.00/year, or $50.00 per month, for the "Agenda Packet" fee; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has determined it is necessary to increase the "Agenda <br />Only Fee" to $20.00/year to recover expenses; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has further determined it is necessary to increase the <br />"Agenda and Cover Sheets" charge to $125.00/year to recover expenses; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City will require full payment in advance, prior to mailing Agenda <br />requests. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br />2) <br />3) <br />4) <br /> <br />City Council "Agenda Packet" is amended to $600.00/year, or $50.00/month <br />City Council "Agenda Only" is amended to $20.00/year <br />City Council "Agenda With Cover Sheets" is amended to $125/year <br />Full payment will be required in advance by the City, prior to mailing Agenda <br />requests <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Zimmerman, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Hendriksen <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />Councilmember Anderson <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
