ORDINANCE #24-14 <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF <br />MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 106-460 AND 106-463 PERTAINING TO <br />RESIDENTIAL DRIVEWAYS <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br />Underlined text is inserted into City Code. <br />Strikethrough text is deleted from City Code. <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the City Charter of the City of <br />Ramsey. <br />SECTION 2. AMENDMENTS TO CHAPTER 106 (ZONING CODE). <br />The following portion of Chapter 106, Section 460, is amended as follows: <br />Sec. 106-460. — Residential Parking Standards. <br />(c) In any residential district, outside parking of any motor vehicle(s) and/or recreational <br />equipment is subject to the following standards: <br />(2) Location and setbacks. — No setback requirements. <br />a. On all residential parcels: <br />1. Motor vehicles stored or parked in a side or rear yard shall <br />tb + the edge f th e <br />parking surface to the lot line(s). <br />2. Equipment parked or stored in the side yard shall maintain a <br />to the lot line(s). <br />3. Equipment parked or stored in the rear yard shall maintain a <br />setback f t 1 t f t from the lot line(-s) <br />The following portion of Chapter 106, Section 463, is amended as follows: <br />Sec. 106-463. — Residential Driveways. <br />(a) When required. <br />(1) A driveway shall be required for all attached accessory buildings with a <br />doorway opening meeting or exceeding eight feet wide by seven feet tall. <br />
