<br />Councilmember Stewart introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption:

<br />RESOLUTION #25-099  
<br />  
<br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS AND AWARDING CONTRACT FOR  
<br />DICKENSON’S MISSISSIPPI ESTATE STREET RECONSTRUCTIONS,  
<br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #25-04  
<br />  
<br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey proposes to reconstruct the streets within the Dickenson’s  
<br />Mississippi Estates subdivision as identified within the 2025 – 2034 10-Year Capital Improvement  
<br />Program; and  
<br />  
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #24-196 adopted July 23, 2024,  
<br />the Ramsey City Council accepted a proposal from Bolton & Menk, Inc. to prepare final plans and  
<br />specifications for Dickenson’s Mississippi Estate Street Reconstructions, Improvement Project  
<br />#25-04 for the not-to-exceed amount of $68,537.00; and  
<br />  
<br />WHEREAS, upon preliminary review City Staff has determined additional watermain  
<br />between the Rivlyn Avenue cul-de-sac and Riverdale Drive will require replacement; and  
<br />  
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #24-302, adopted October 22,  
<br />2024, the Ramsey City Council accepted the amended proposal from Bolton & Menk, Inc. for  
<br />additional topographic survey and design services for said improvements for $9,296.00; and  
<br />  
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #25-061, adopted March 25,  
<br />2025, the City Council approved final plans and specifications as prepared by Bolton & Menk,  
<br />Inc. and authorized advertisement for bids for the same improvements; and   
<br />  
<br />WHEREAS, proposals were received for Construction Related Services, including  
<br />Construction Staking and As-built Survey of $33,940.00 from Bolton & Menk, Inc. for said  
<br />improvements; and  
<br />  
<br />WHEREAS, bids were advertised in the Anoka Union Herald on Friday March 28 and  
<br />Friday April 4, 2025; and   
<br />  
<br />WHEREAS, six (6) bids were received, opened and tabulated on May 1, 2025, and the  
<br />following bids were found to comply with the approved plans and specifications and advertisement  
<br />for bids; and   
<br />
