<br />Councilmember Riley introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption:

<br />RESOLUTION #25-103  
<br />  
<br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS AND AWARDING CONTRACT FOR MSA ALPINE  
<br />DRIVE RECONSTRUCTION, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #25-03  
<br />  
<br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey proposes to reconstruct Municipal State Aid (MSA)  
<br />Alpine Drive between Sunfish Lake Boulevard (CR 57) and Saint Francis Boulevard (TH 47) as  
<br />identified within the 2025 – 2034 Capital Improvement Plan; and  
<br />  
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #24-198, adopted July 23,  
<br />2024, the City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Hakanson Anderson for topographic  
<br />survey of the project area in the amount of $4,800.00; and  
<br />  
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #24-220, adopted August 12,  
<br />2024, the City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Independent Testing Technologies,  
<br />Inc., for a geotechnical report of the project area in the amount of $10,620.00; and  
<br />  
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #24-310, adopted November  
<br />12, 2024, the City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Hydro-Klean, LLC, for sewer  
<br />cleaning and televising of the project area in the amount of $9,130.16; and  
<br />  
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #24-339, adopted November  
<br />26, 2024, the City Council ordered the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for MSA  
<br />Alpine Drive Reconstruction, Improvement Project #25-03; and  
<br />  
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #25-079, adopted April 22,  
<br />2025, the City Council approved final plans and specifications as prepared by the City Engineer  
<br />and authorized advertisement for bids for the same improvements; and  
<br />  
<br />WHEREAS, bids were advertised in the Anoka Union Herald on Friday, April 25 and  
<br />Friday, May 2, 2025; and   
<br />  
<br />WHEREAS, eight (8) bids were received, opened and tabulated on Wednesday May 21,  
<br />2025, and the following bids were found to comply with the approved plans and specifications and  
<br />advertisement for bids; and  
<br />
